Qualifications

10+ years of progressive software development experience including Windows Forms development.
3+ years of experience developing VB.NET applications (web and/or Windows Forms).
4+ years of experience with software solutions in the distribution industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with software testing methodologies and defect resolution.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical work and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, develop, test, and maintain software systems and applications.
Provide technical leadership on complex development initiatives and projects.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure change, testing, and release requirements are met.
Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to other developers.
Deliver formal and informal technical training.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and CI/CD.
