Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Principal Product Developer to drive evolution and support of business-critical applications across modern .NET technologies and legacy Pick/UniBasic environments. This hands-on leadership role mentors developers, modernizes systems, and shapes better engineering practices.

You'll work across application development, integrations, APIs, databases, and release processes, ensuring Epicor's distribution solutions remain reliable, scalable, and ready for what's next.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, including Windows Forms.
• 3+ years VB.NET web/WinForms development.
• Experience in distribution industry software.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, test, and maintain software systems and applications.
• Provide technical leadership on complex development initiatives and projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure change, testing, and release requirements are met.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects with Product QA.
• Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to other developers.
• Deliver formal and informal technical training.
