Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager-Technical for the AWS Customer Success Intelligence team in San Francisco. You will own the product lifecycle for CS intelligence tooling, integrating telemetry, predictive models, and intelligent agents to surface risk and accelerate customer outcomes.

You will set the vision, write PRFAQs, and coordinate across engineering, data science, UX, and operations to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience.
Experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience writing PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements documents.
Experience designing system architectures for distributed systems.
Experience with sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and agile development processes.
Experience launching products through multi-region readiness, legal, and compliance gates.
Track record of shipping products for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for CS Intelligence tooling and systems.
Write PR FAQs, BRDs, and technical specifications from field/customer needs.
Design architectures for data ingestion, scoring, and workflow automation at scale.
Collaborate with SDEs and engineering leads on sprint planning and trade-offs.
Lead beta programs, UAT, and multi-region launches with structured rollout plans.
Define and track success metrics and use them to drive product decisions.
Coordinate with service teams, data science, UX, and operations for integrated experiences.
Navigate legal, privacy, and data-sharing gates for launches.
Present to AWS leadership at various levels.
