Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical, External Services, AWS Customer Experience to own the multi-year strategy for agentic user experiences and drive governance and trust in AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner with engineering, UX, and applied science teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and define cross-channel experiences across the Console, IDE, CLI and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical experience across software, IT or related fields.
Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products.
8+ years in technical product management, program management or engineering.
Experience building complex software systems delivered to customers.
Experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
Experience defining AI/ML-powered or agent-based product experiences.

Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-year product strategy for the agentic user experience.
Drive vision for trust, autonomy, and governance in AI-powered features.
Partner with UX to ensure intuitive agent interactions and high usability.
Own agentic experiences across Console, IDE, CLI and mobile channels.
Translate customer needs into concrete product requirements with cross-functional teams.
Engage external AWS customers to observe workflows and validate design decisions.
