Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager-Technical for the CS Intelligence team to own the product lifecycle of AI-powered tooling that surfaces risk, recommends interventions, and accelerates customer outcomes. You will set vision, translate requirements into technical specs, and lead multi-region launches.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and operations to build scalable, ML-driven systems and ensure successful post-launch outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical product management, program management, or engineering
• Experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy
• Experience writing PRDs and technical documentation
• Experience designing architectures for distributed systems
• Experience with sprint planning and agile processes
• Experience launching products with multi-region readiness, legal, and compliance gates
• Track record shipping products for engineers, PMs, or developers

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for CS Intelligence tooling and systems
• Write PRFAQs and technical specs translating field needs into capabilities
• Design architectures for data ingestion, scoring, and automation at scale
• Collaborate with SDEs and engineering leads on sprint planning and trade-offs
• Run beta programs, UAT, and multi-region launches with rollout plans
• Define and track metrics from model performance to customer outcomes
• Partner across service teams, data science, UX, and operations
• Navigate legal, privacy and data-sharing gates for launches
• Manage multiple streams with different timelines and stakeholders
• Present to AWS leadership at VP level strategy reviews
