Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Product Manager-Technical for the CS Intelligence team. You will own the product lifecycle for AI-powered systems and agent-based workflows, driving vision, specs, and architectural design at scale across regions.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and operations to surface customer health insights and deliver measurable business value post-deployment, with high visibility across AWS leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years in technical PM, program PM, or engineering.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Own and drive product roadmap strategy.
Write PRDs and technical specifications.
Design architectures for distributed systems.
Experience with sprint planning and agile processes.
Launch products through multi-region readiness and compliance gates.
Ship products for engineers and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for CS Intelligence tooling and systems.
Write PRFAQs, BRDs, and tech specs translating needs into platform capabilities.
Design architectures for data ingestion, scoring, and automation at scale.
Collaborate with SDEs and engineering leads on sprint planning and trade-offs.
Run beta programs, UAT, and multi-region launches with rollout plans.
Define and track success metrics from model level to customer outcomes.
Coordinate with service teams, data science, UX, and operations.
Navigate legal, privacy, and data-sharing gates for launches.
Manage multiple concurrent streams across teams and timelines.
Present to AWS leadership, including VP-level strategy reviews.
