Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Principal PM to own Console’s enterprise and AI platform end to end. The underlying platform is a core differentiator and will serve as the backbone for internal support and operations across IT, security, HR, and finance.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and customers to shape an ITSM market-ready product, and help Console scale for large organizations while expanding AI-enabled capabilities across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, launching and scaling technical products.
• Deep technical background with experience partnering with engineering teams to ship products.
• Curious with a growth mindset; embraces rapid change in technology and software.
• Strong opinions on how software should work; attention to detail.
• Wears many hats, capable of urgent bug triage and strategic market entry planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for the enterprise platform across Console—identity and access, admin and governance, compliance and audit, and integrations.
• Define Console’s AI governance model balancing power, flexibility, governance and adoption.
• Partner with AI Platform team to establish evals with harnesses, datasets and task completion metrics.
• Develop relationships with design partners and customers to become an ITSM market expert.
• Define product culture at Console as a startup within Palo Alto Networks and push AI-enabled product development.
