Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and launch the next iteration of Console’s ITSM platform for enterprise-scale use. You will apply fresh product thinking and AI advancements to solve complex, company-wide service management, automation, and knowledge challenges.

You will partner with design, engineering, and sales to drive product-market fit, while shaping the startup-like culture within Console as part of Palo Alto Networks. This role focuses on impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience launching and scaling technical products.
• Strong technical background with ability to work with engineering teams to ship products.
• Curious with a growth mindset amid rapid tech change and AI advances.
• Demonstrates strong product thinking, opinions on software, and attention to detail.
• Wears many hats and can troubleshoot issues quickly while planning market entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for Console’s ITSM product area.
• Develop close relationships with design partners and customers to become an ITSM market expert.
• Solve product challenges across AI automation, agent design, ticketing, and knowledge base.
• Own product positioning and bring the product to market with sales and marketing.
• Define the product culture within Palo Alto Networks and push AI-enabled product development.
