Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud services and DevOps, including CI/CD and automation.
- Proven experience deploying agentic AI models and managing production AI systems.
- Strong full-stack development across frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong architecture knowledge: scalability, security, and non-functional requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving in distributed systems; able to mentor teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software applications, ensuring requirements are met.
- Oversee technical execution for AI agent integrations and modern AI workflows.
- Build and advocate for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation on AWS.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Implement scalable and secure code, adhering to best practices and architectural patterns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues through collaboration and advanced techniques.
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to define project scope and timelines.
- Participate in Agile processes, contributing to sprint planning and delivery accountability.
- Drive continuous innovation and technology adoption within the engineering team.
