Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Backend (AI Platform) to build and scale backend services supporting AI workloads. You will shape engineering standards and influence architecture across teams while improving developer experience for critical platform capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of backend system design and development using Python or Kotlin.
• Experience building highly available distributed systems with AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on with LLMs, agents, or AI frameworks in production environments.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and its applications.
• Ability to define technical plans for significant features with elegant designs.
• Proficient in making substantial changes in large codebases with safe practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Plan and execute technical projects from design through launch and on-call support.
• Design and build secure gateways and evaluation services for AI workloads.
• Implement governance for AI spend, including identity and routing controls.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to establish guardrails for workloads.
