Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager (Agent Platform) to shape the strategy and execution of an AI-enabled platform for discovering, adopting, and deploying agentic capabilities with confidence. You will oversee the builder journey from pilot to production, ensuring governance, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Security and Compliance while defining onboarding, release discipline, and value realization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
Senior experience in Product Management, especially with platforms or developer tooling.
Strong understanding of applied generative AI and agentic systems.
Proven track record in driving platform adoption and actionable documentation.
Solid knowledge of enterprise governance and security controls.
Hands-on technical skills to configure systems and work with APIs.
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the adoption lifecycle and define onboarding paths for pilot teams.
Drive the end-to-end builder journey from discovery to deployment.
Manage platform demand and maintain a transparent capability roadmap.
Partner with Security and Compliance to integrate governance into the platform.
Own the release lifecycle for platform components, coordinating across teams.
Define and track metrics focusing on production use cases and business outcomes.
