Job summary

AWS ProServe is seeking a Principal to lead as the first Commerce/AdTech/MarTech domain expert in a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. Translate Amazon's capabilities into repeatable, scalable offerings for enterprise customers and shape high-level engagement across global teams.

You will work with domain experts, drive cross-functional pursuits, and influence senior leadership to deliver measurable outcomes in digital commerce, advertising, and data-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments.
• Ability to connect advertising and marketing technology to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising with other Amazon domains.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations.
• Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasible delivery.
• Drive reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to shorten deployment timelines.
• Engage partners to expand delivery capacity and scale solutions beyond ProServe involvement.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon units.
