Qualifikationen

• 8-12+ years of marketing analytics experience, with leadership in architecture and analytics.
• Deep hands-on expertise in designing secure tracking across GTM, GA4, CRM/CDP, and call-tracking.
• Proven track record mentoring analytics teams and data analysts.
• Strong fluency with HIPAA-compliant tracking and healthcare privacy.
• Data storytelling skills translating data into executive ROI insights.
• Experience integrating AI into analytics workflows.
• Confident communicating strategic recommendations to C-suite and PE sponsors.
