Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance seeks a Director of Marketing Data & Analytics to lead analytics, data platforms, and measurement across marketing channels. You will own the marketing data foundation, CDP strategy, and cross-functional partnerships to optimize upper- and lower-funnel investments.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong business judgment, and proven leadership to build a high-performing team. Collaboration with IT, data engineering, and brand strategy is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing analytics or related field.
• 5+ years leading and developing managers and teams.
• CDP implementation and migration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing data and analytics roadmap.
• Own CDP vision, requirements, and roadmap including identity resolution and unified profiles.
• Oversee data layer, tagging and privacy compliance across web and apps.
• Lead data migrations to CDP and cloud platforms.
• Establish governance and partner with IT, Legal, Compliance.
• Partner with media and brand teams for insights and KPIs.
• Own attribution, media mix modeling, and incrementality testing.
• Build forecasting and retention models to guide investments.
• Deliver dashboards and self-service reporting for marketing teams.
• Lead and develop the Marketing Data & Analytics team.
