Known is a data science firm and creative agency alliance. We seek a Director of Data Science to lead marketing analytics and client engagements, driving insights and strategic consulting. The Strategy team blends measurement, modeling, and creative work for varied clients.

You will own scoping to delivery, mentor a high-performing team, and expand client partnerships while staying ahead of marketing analytics trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in quantitative research, marketing, or consulting.
• Experience managing people and teams, mentoring and growing analysts and data scientists.
• Strong communication and storytelling with data for engineers and C-suite executives.
• Proficient in Python, Git, SQL; understands data pipelines and connects execution to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements at the intersection of data science, AI and strategy from scoping to delivery.
• Inspire and manage a high-performing team of analysts and data scientists; mentor researchers.
• Pitch new projects and grow client relationships.
• Stay ahead of trends in marketing analytics and apply advanced methodologies.
