Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years in M&A, strategy, or business operations with at least 3 years in M&A integration.
• Proven track record leading complex integrations from planning to value realization.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional issues.
• Strong communication and program management skills.
• Willingness to travel <10%.

Responsabilités

• Independently lead the end-to-end integration for complex acquisitions; define strategy and plan across multiple workstreams.
• Develop holistic integration plans and drive day-to-day execution; identify risks and issues.
• Prepare integration status reports and management briefings for senior executives.
• Lead post-mortem processes to capture learnings and best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units, functional groups, and acquired leadership.
• Drive deal-related decisions and milestones; shape business case development and due diligence.
• Advise on integration strategy and risk; support acquired companies through integration.
• Improve Intuit's M&A integration capability via process improvements and metrics.
• Lead strategic and growth initiatives on an as-needed basis.
