Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner, People M&A, to lead the People workstream for acquisitions and strategic transactions. You will partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and HR leaders to translate deal theses into integrated organization and talent strategies, while evolving Intuit's People M&A Playbook.

Qualifications

• 5+ years directly leading People/HR M&A transactions across a range of deal types and structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People workstream end to end for acquisitions and strategic transactions.
• Establish the People M&A operating model including governance, budgets, and risk log.
• Mobilize and sequence specialists across COEs and deal partners to surface decisions early.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and controls over deal data and employee information.
• Shape org design, leadership and talent plans for acquired entities and map into Intuit's job architecture.
• Own Day 1 readiness and end-to-end employee transition experiences.
