Intuit is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner, People M&A, to lead the People workstream for acquisitions and strategic transactions. You will partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to translate deal theses into integrated organization, talent, rewards, and employee experience strategies, while evolving the Playbook for faster, better execution.

Formación

• 5+ years directly leading People/HR M&A transactions across a range of deal types and structures.
• Global or multi-country acquisition experience, including cross-border considerations.
• Experience building a People M&A function, playbook, or governance infrastructure.
• Background in management consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate development.
• Fluency with HRIS, M&A data rooms, project-management and analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the People workstream end to end for acquisitions and strategic transactions, from target assessment to post-close integration.
• Translate deal strategy into integrated People strategy, diligence, org design, and compensation plans.
• Shape organization, talent, and employee experience for acquired entities.
• Ensure data, systems, and Day 1 readiness with secure data governance and HR tech readiness.
• Drive post-close integration, track outcomes, and realize deal value.
• Evolve the People M&A Playbook with templates, dashboards, and automation.
