Qualifications

• 5+ years directly leading People/HR M&A transactions across a range of deal types (talent, technology, operating-company, large-scale integration).
• Global or multi-country acquisition experience, including local employment requirements and cross-border compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People workstream end to end for a portfolio of acquisitions and strategic transactions, from target assessment through diligence, signing, close, Day 1, and post-close integration.
• Establish the People M&A operating model and governance cadence, coordinating COEs and deal partners to align upstream decisions with downstream execution.
• Translate deal strategy into an integrated People strategy covering organization design, leadership, talent, rewards, retention, and employee experience.
• Direct and synthesize People due diligence into clear risk assessments, cost estimates, and executive recommendations.
• Own the end-to-end employee transition experience and ensure confidentiality and data controls throughout the process.
• Prepare managers and leaders to support incoming employees and manage retention risks post-close.
