Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our go-to-market recruiting for sales, marketing, and customer success. You will build a data-driven recruiting engine that scales quickly and improves quality, speed, and predictability.

You will collaborate with executive leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to shape hiring strategy, optimize processes, and deliver top-tier GTM talent across geographies in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of go-to-market recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to scale recruiting processes.
• Strong sourcing experience for go-to-market talent.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and judgment.
