Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve our go-to-market recruiting function. You will build a high-performing, data-driven recruiting engine that attracts top-tier GTM talent in a competitive market.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Operations leadership to understand hiring needs, shape talent strategy, and ensure we bring in individuals who raise the bar.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in go-to-market recruiting.
• Experience scaling GTM hiring for SaaS or data-driven companies.
• Strong sourcing for GTM roles (sales, marketing, CS, revenue ops).
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Data-driven mindset with measurable impact.
