Job summary

PowerSchool is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant to own the GTM sales hiring strategy globally. You will partner with the CRO and sales leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and leading full-cycle recruiting for commercial roles across the globe.

You’ll develop market insights, run multiple searches, engage candidates through networks and sourcing tools, and build talent pipelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ to 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on commercial/GTM in EdTech or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across functions/levels.
• Strong consultative relationships with sales leaders at all levels.
• Experience using behavioral interviewing to translate evidence into recommendations.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing technologies.
• Travel 10–15% for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CRO and hiring leaders to understand objectives and consult on market compensation and hiring strategy.
• Build recruiting strategies using market insight, data, and candidate evidence.
• Manage multiple searches with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Engage active and passive candidates through networks, platforms, referrals, events, and tools.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide clear candidate recommendations.
