Qualifications

• Valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Five or more years of experience in insurance sales and agency leadership.
• Deep understanding of the York, PA market and surrounding business landscape.
• Strong track record of mentoring sales professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage an agency P&L and drive long-term profitability.
• Excellent public speaking and community networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our York office to ensure consistent service standards.
