The Atlantic District in East Brady, PA is seeking a General Agent to lead our field operations and develop a high-performing team of insurance professionals. You will recruit, train, and coach agents, drive local growth, maintain client relationships, and ensure regulatory and quality standards across the office.

This role emphasizes long-term relationship building, integrity, and community service as you expand our Pennsylvania footprint.

Qualifications

• Life, Accident, and Health insurance license required.
• Proven history of success in sales or insurance distribution.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on self-management.
• Public speaking and presentation abilities for group meetings.
• Understanding of regional insurance markets and local business landscapes.
• Willingness to travel throughout the East Brady area for client and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents to reach their full professional potential.
• Develop and execute local business growth strategies that expand our market share in Pennsylvania.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders while identifying new opportunities for coverage.
