Job summary

The Atlantic District in Reading, PA seeks a Principal General Agent to lead a local book of business, recruit and mentor a small team, and drive growth through relationships with clients and community partners.

Ideal candidate has an active Life, Health & Accident license and a demonstrated record in independent insurance sales, with strong networking and leadership skills. This role offers work-from-home flexibility and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health insurance with proven independent sales success.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and grow a local book of business.
• Experience mentoring junior agents and leading small teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
