The Atlantic District in Williamsport, PA is seeking a dedicated Insurance Agent to serve our community with honesty and care. You’ll meet neighbors, assess needs, and guide them through policy options to protect what matters most.

You will build relationships, manage a client portfolio, and handle renewals with a focus on service excellence. This role offers base pay plus commission, a flexible schedule, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty license.
• Demonstrable history of managing a sales pipeline or client portfolio.
• Clear and articulate communication style, both speaking and writing.
• Competence with insurance software and agency management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Meet with community members to discuss coverage needs and offer practical solutions.
• Evaluate current policies to identify gaps in protection and suggest adjustments.
• Guide clients through the application process with clarity and patience.
• Maintain accurate client records to ensure high-quality service.
• Represent The Atlantic District at local events and build Williamsport ties.
• Manage policy renewals and follow-ups to keep coverage well-fitted.
