The Atlantic District is seeking an Insurance Agent to join our Harrisburg office. We value honesty, connection, and guiding families and businesses to protect what matters most. You will help residents assess needs, recommend tailored coverage, and nurture ongoing client relationships within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Hold PA Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Previous consultative sales or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to explain coverage details clearly.
• Strong organizational habits to manage calendar and follow-up.
• Comfort with modern office software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local residents to understand their financial goals and risk management needs.
• Develop personalized insurance recommendations that provide true peace of mind.
• Manage an active pipeline of prospective clients while nurturing long-term relationships with current ones.
• Review existing policies regularly to ensure coverage stays aligned with the evolving lives of our clients.
• Participate in community outreach events to build local visibility and trust in our brand.
• Collaborate with the internal team to refine our approach to service and problem-solving.
