The Atlantic District seeks a friendly Agent in Reading, PA to help families secure their financial future. You will meet with clients, explain insurance options plainly, and manage your own calendar to fit their schedules.

This role offers base salary, commission, and growth opportunities within a supportive team. You will build lasting client relationships, follow up to ensure coverage meets needs, and participate in local outreach to educate the community about protection options.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Clear and empathetic communication for in-person and phone meetings.
• Familiar with basic digital scheduling and record-keeping tools.
• Understanding of core insurance products and how they protect families.
