Edison Smart, a defense technology company, seeks a Principal Product Manager for Electronic Warfare and RF Sensing in the Los Angeles area. You will own the product, set the strategy, and drive development from concept through field trials to production.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering, business development, and leadership, plus experience with military customers and a hardware background. Hybrid onsite arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proven product/ program management experience in defense
• Experience with military customers and defense partners
• Technical background in hardware, sensors, or communications
• Degree in Engineering, CS or related field
• Ownership mindset in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Responsabilités

• Set product strategy and roadmap for EW and RF sensing hardware
• Collaborate with end users and industry partners to capture needs
• Lead product through field trials into full-scale production
• Coordinate with engineering, BD and leadership; champion the product inside and outside the company
