Job summary

Slalom seeks a Principal or Senior Principal for Anthropic AI Solutions (East Region) to partner with cross-functional teams and lead enterprise AI engagements. The role requires onsite presence within commutable proximity to listed offices and travel up to 25–35%.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML or large language model–based solutions in client-facing environments.
• 7–12+ years of professional experience with meaningful time in a client-facing technical or advisory role at a consulting firm, technology partner, or AI product company.
• Direct experience with Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, or Cowork, ideally deployed for clients, not just personal use.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions using Anthropic technologies, including LLM integrations and retrieval pipelines.
• Guide architecture decisions, model usage, and integration strategies to ensure scalable, secure, production-ready implementations.
• Build and operationalize Claude deployments for enterprise clients, including custom skills and workflow automation.
• Lead or co-lead AI enablement programs: design training curricula and run workshops for enterprise rollouts.
• Identify and engage Slalom delivery practitioners to staff and execute engagements.
• Translate client needs into actionable solutions by running technical discovery sessions and shaping proposals.
