Job summary

Slalom seeks a Principal or Senior Principal for Anthropic AI Solutions (East Region) to lead enterprise AI engagements. You will architect Claude-based solutions, guide model usage, and drive scalable deployments across client programs, with strong emphasis on outcome delivery and staff enablement.

You will partner with sales and delivery teams to convert discovery into signed engagements, while maintaining governance and enterprise-grade security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions for clients.
• Ability to bridge complex tech with business outcomes.
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise AI deployments.
• Experience guiding architecture decisions and integration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions using Anthropic tech.
• Serve as SME on model usage, MCP integrations, and deployment patterns.
• Build Claude-based deployments and staff engagements with delivery practitioners.
• Lead AI enablement programs, trainings, and adoption frameworks.
• Translate client needs into actionable solutions and proposals.
• Co-sell and co-deliver AI solutions with account teams.
