Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal to lead enterprise AI solutions for Anthropic AI Solutions. You will architect Claude-based deployments, guide model usage, and work with sales and delivery teams to convert opportunities into engagements.

This role requires 7-12+ years in client-facing tech or consulting, hands-on Claude experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization. Onsite presence is expected in Denver or other offices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in client-facing environments.
• 7-12+ years in a client-facing technical/advisory role at a consulting firm or AI product company.
• Experience managing a revenue target of $750k–$1.5M.
• Direct experience with Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, or Coworkord deployed for clients.
• Familiarity with Anthropic MCP, Claude Skills, and the Claude API.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) in production.
• Knowledge of MCP or analogous frameworks for extending AI agents with data/actions.
• Experience with agentic AI architectures and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions using Anthropic tech.
• Guide architecture decisions, model usage, and integration strategies.
• Build and operationalize Claude Code and Cowork deployments for enterprise clients.
• Lead or co-lead AI enablement programs and training for large-scale rollouts.
• Engage Slalom practitioners to staff and execute engagements.
• Translate client needs into actionable solutions through technical discovery.
• Partner with account/market teams to co-sell and co-deliver AI solutions.
• Develop governance and deployment patterns for enterprise AI environments.
• Lead workshops and training to accelerate adoption across the org.
• Contribute to market presence through thought leadership and client talks.
