Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal for its AI Solutions team in the East Region. The role focuses on architecting Claude-based AI solutions, leading technical engagements, and delivering enterprise-grade deployments.

You will balance 40% hands-on solution delivery with 60% pre-sales and proposal work, collaborating with sales, solution architects, and delivery practitioners to convert opportunities into engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in client-facing AI engagements.
• 7–12+ years in consulting, tech partnering or AI products.
• Experience generating revenue or supporting targets in a services context.
• Direct experience with Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, or Cowork deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions using Anthropic technologies.
• Guide architecture decisions, model usage, and integration strategies for scalable deployments.
• Build and operationalize Claude Code and Cowork deployments for enterprise clients.
• Lead AI enablement programs including training curricula and adoption frameworks.
• Staff engagements by coordinating AI engineers and data architects.
