Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal for Anthropic AI Solutions in the East Region. The role focuses on architecting Claude-based solutions, leading engagements, and delivering enterprise-grade AI deployments across multiple offices.

You will balance technical credibility with sales support and growth initiatives. Travel 25-35% is expected as you partner with clients and delivery teams to scale AI initiatives, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes for the region.

Qualifications

Experience delivering AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in client-facing environments.
7–12+ years in a client-facing technical/advisory role at a consulting firm, tech partner, or AI product company.
Experience managing revenue targets of $750k to $1.5M.
Direct experience with Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, or Cowork deployments for clients.
Familiarity with Anthropic MCP ecosystem, Claude Skills, and the Claude API.
Hands-on experience with large language model APIs in production environments.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions using Anthropic technologies to drive measurable client outcomes.
Guide architecture decisions, model usage, and integration strategies to ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready implementations.
Build and operationalize Claude Code and Cowork deployments for enterprise clients.
Lead or co-lead AI enablement programs: training curricula, workshops, and adoption frameworks for enterprise rollouts.
Identify and engage Slalom delivery practitioners to staff and execute engagements.
Translate client needs into actionable solutions by running technical discovery sessions, shaping solution approaches, and contributing to proposals.
Partner with account and market teams to co-sell and co-deliver AI solutions, providing technical credibility throughout the sales lifecycle.
Develop and operationalize enterprise AI environments, including governance frameworks, access models, and deployment patterns.
Enable internal and client teams by leading workshops, building training programs, and creating reusable assets.
Contribute to market presence through thought leadership, client presentations, and industry events.
