Slalom seeks a Principal, Product & AI Transformation to drive strategic product and AI initiatives across client engagements. You will shape operating models, enable AI-enabled delivery, and align product strategy with business outcomes.

Based in the Southeast with flexible travel, you will partner with client leaders, design roadmaps, and lead workshops to turn vision into measurable impact across discovery, planning, and execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across product management, strategy, operating models, or digital transformation.
• Experience shaping strategy with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of modern product management and portfolio alignment.
• Experience designing Product Operating Models with governance and funding.
• Practical knowledge of AI and Generative AI in product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and AI transformation conversations with executives and teams.
• Shape modern Product Operating Models and value streams.
• Bring AI into the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Advise product leaders on prioritization, roadmaps, and outcomes.
• Translate goals into actionable roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Support sales and growth with trusted client engagement.
