Job summary
Slalom is seeking a Principal, Product & AI Transformation to join our Modern Product Organization. This senior role partners with client leaders to shape operating models and explore AI-enabled product delivery across discovery to deployment.
The candidate will balance executive conversations with hands-on implementation, driving practical AI opportunities while delivering measurable business outcomes for clients across the Southeast.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management, strategy, or related leadership roles.
- Direct client and executive engagement experience.
- Strong understanding of modern product management & value delivery.
- Experience designing or improving Product Operating Models (roles, governance, funding).
- Practical AI knowledge and ability to map AI to product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead product and AI transformation conversations with executives and teams.
- Shape product operating models, value streams, and governance.
- Integrate AI across discovery, planning, development, and delivery.
- Evaluate AI use cases, data readiness, and adoption needs.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and plans.
- Advise product leaders, managers, and delivery teams on execution.
