Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. in the United States is seeking a Principal Engineer to shape the architectural vision for FuzeRx and our core B2B/consumer platforms.

You will guide multi-squad design, set engineering standards, and mentor staff and senior engineers to raise the bar on quality, security, and performance. As a senior technical leader, you will own high-volume API integrations, distributed systems, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC2), ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure healthcare

Qualifications

• Deep experience architecting and delivering distributed, high-throughput systems in healthcare or regulated domains.
• Proven ability to drive architectural vision across multiple squads and align with product goals.
• Strong focus on security, compliance (HIPAA, SOC2), and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the target architecture for core platforms and integrations.
• Mentor Staff, Senior, and Mid-level engineers to elevate engineering standards.
• Establish and enforce coding, testing, CI/CD, and security practices.
