Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Principal Engineer to drive the overall technical vision and architectural strategy for FuzeRx, guiding multiple squads to deliver scalable, secure healthcare platforms. You will shape high-volume APIs, fulfillment logistics, and data consistency across services.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will mentor engineers, establish design reviews, and enforce standards while collaborating with product, operations, and security teams to ensure HIPAA/SOC2 compliance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and systems design.
• Experience building and scaling distributed, high-throughput, B2B SaaS or transactional systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the target architecture for FuzeRx's core B2B and consumer platforms.
• Mentor Staff, Senior, and Mid-level engineers and elevate engineering culture.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards across coding, testing, CI/CD, and security-by-design.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering Managers, and Pharmacy Operations to align with business goals.
