Zusammenfassung

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer to drive the technical vision for the FuzeRx platform, leading architecture across multiple squads and aligning with product and regulatory needs.

You will guide high-impact projects, set engineering standards, and ensure secure, scalable systems in a HIPAA/SOC2 context. The role emphasizes mentoring, cross-functional partnership with Product and Pharmacy Operations, and continuous evaluation of new tools and cloud services to improve performance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in software engineering and systems design.
• Experience building and scaling distributed, high-throughput, and highly available B2B SaaS or transactional systems.

Aufgaben

• Define and evolve the target architecture for FuzeRx's core B2B and consumer platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of high-volume API integrations and complex fulfillment logistics.
• Mentor Staff/Senior/Mid-level engineers and raise engineering standards across the org.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Pharmacy Operations to align architecture with business goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC2) and secure, scalable systems.
