Lead our Stamford office by managing a book of business and identifying new growth opportunities.
Consult with individuals and local business owners to assess their coverage needs and provide honest, comprehensive guidance.
Mentor junior staff members to help them develop their sales techniques and product knowledge.
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local networking functions to build our brand presence.
Review and analyze policy renewals to ensure clients always have the most relevant coverage for their evolving lives.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure competitive rates for our client base.
Active Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Five or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
Strong proficiency in policy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with clients.
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Existing relationships within the Stamford business community are a distinct advantage.
