Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware to drive program execution, overseeing cost, schedule and technical aspects across the product lifecycle.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams on airborne electrical products with hands-on design and testing across RF, analog and digital domains, while collaborating with Operations, Quality and Suppliers to ensure robust production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field with 8+ years relevant experience
• RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design or analysis or DSP experience
• Familiarity with lab equipment: waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers
• Experience leading technical projects, investigations or issue resolution efforts

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with testing and debugging of digital/analog/RF hardware
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production/testing issues
• Travel less than 10% annually and work on 1st shift
