Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to drive program execution, oversee cost, schedule, and technical oversight across the product lifecycle.

You will work with digital, analog, RF hardware, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering teams. Travel is under 10% annually; shift is 1st. ALEGS department focuses on affordable, innovative electrical products for air-launched systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal design and/or DSP.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve/document concurrence and resolve issues.
• Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually
