Job summary

Raytheon’s ALEGS Department in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Principal Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware. You will drive program execution, provide technical oversight across the product lifecycle, and contribute to cost and schedule management for airborne electrical products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or DSP.
• Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
• Experience leading technical projects, failure investigations, or issue resolution efforts.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills by working with digital, analog and RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro‑mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues in production, testing and integration.
• Travel requirements: less than 10% annually.
• Shift information: 1st shift.
