Job summary

Reworld seeks a Principal Engineer to lead electrical design on capital projects and facility upgrades. You will provide design support for outages, troubleshoot equipment, and drive standardization across the network.

You’ll mentor junior staff and act as the SME for electrical design standards. Based at our Florham Park, NJ hub with ~20% travel, you’ll collaborate with project managers, facilities, and engineering teams to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions that meet stringent regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience.
• Experience with high/medium/low voltage distribution and large facilities.
• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Provide design support for outages and equipment troubleshooting.
• Lead multiple electrical projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Serve as SME for electrical design standards and best practices.
