L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead growth for Missile Solutions and Propulsion Systems in the U.S. market. You will shape win strategies, manage capture activities, and engage with U.S.

Government and industry customers to expand opportunities across multiple domains. The role requires a senior BD background (15+ years), active clearance (Secret or TS/SCI preferred), and the ability to travel 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 15+ years of BD experience; graduate degree preferred with 13+ years, or 19 years with no degree.
• Active U.S. Secret Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute pursuit and capture strategies with win plans to secure new or follow-on business.
• Maintain customer relations pursuit and program status entries and manage the Orders book with risks and opportunities.
• Serve as multi-domain account manager for propulsion across the Services and coordinate with government and industry customers.
• Engage with Navy, DOD, Joint Staff, services, and U.S. Government labs with missile defense equities.
• Travel 25–50%.
