Job summary

You will direct customer interactions, capture management, and strategic planning to expand into new markets and customer communities. You will develop and deliver business cases, manage gate conferences, and build relationships with government and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree adds 7+ years.
• In lieu of degree, 13+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD activities within the Agile Development Group for Launched Effects in Missile Solutions.
• Chair gate conferences and manage capture gating processes for executive leadership.
• Develop capture plans and lead capture activities with new customers and partners.
• Maintain relationships with key customers, decision makers and acquisition officials.
• Develop strategies to generate new business in domestic and international Launched Effects markets.
• Maintain CRM and develop strategic plans to advance business area objectives.
