Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 10+ years; or 16 years with no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD activities within Agile Development Group for Seekers in Missile Solutions.
• Direct and lead customer interactions, capture management and strategy development.
• Develop and execute market assessments and business plans (1-, 3-, 5-year).
• Maintain relationships with customers and industry partners; manage CRM for cross-segment pursuits.
• Prepare briefs to customers and senior executives; support program alignment with business goals.
• Travel up to 25% to support domestic and international markets.
