Job summary

Qualifications

• Active US Secret Clearance required.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and additional clearances as needed.
• Experience in DoD acquisition and budget management.
• Excellent communication and briefing skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD activities within the Agile Development Group supporting the Seekers Business Area of the Missile Solutions Segment.
• Direct and lead customer interactions, capture management, and market assessments.
• Develop and maintain strategic business plans and competitive intelligence.
• Chair gate conferences for executive leadership and manage the capture gating process.
• Develop capture plans and lead capture activities to win programs.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
