You will lead pursuit planning, capture strategies, and customer engagement with the DoD, prime contractors, and government stakeholders to win critical defense programs. The role requires senior leadership to coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, and leadership to shape opportunities, manage budgets, and guide strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in defense BD.
• Active US Secret clearance.
• Experience with solid rocket motors or propulsion programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute pursuit and capture strategies to win new or follow-on defense business.
• Maintain and expand customer relationships with US Government and primes; coordinate with AR leadership.
• Lead price-to-win, competitive assessments, and capture plans.
• Publish Pursuit Books and Capture Plans; manage CRM entries for assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate with PM, Engineering, and BD teams for successful program wins.
• Support trade shows and conferences as the PS portfolio representative.
