Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience architecting, building, and operating enterprise‑scale cloud data platforms.
• 8+ years of experience designing and administering Databricks platforms (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).
• 8+ years of experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code and CI/CD using Terraform, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
• 7+ years designing high‑scale streaming/ingestion architectures (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub, etc.).
• 5+ years in a Principal Engineer/Lead Architect role driving multi‑cloud strategy and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own architecture, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for ingestion platform and data lake.
• Lead enterprise Databricks architecture including multi‑cloud accounts, workspace design, and security models.
• Implement IaC/Policy‑as‑Code and automated provisioning for scalable platform operations.
• Establish security, governance, observability, reliability practices aligned with OTEL/OCSF.
• Mentor engineers, drive FinOps, and enable AI/ML workloads on the data platform.
